We recommend processing your order as quickly as possible to ensure you don’t miss out. If a product has disappeared you can request restock your size and we will email you as soon stock arrives.

Can I add an item to my order after I have placed it? Can I cancel my order?

Due to our fast processing times we are unable to add items to existing orders, or cancel an order once it has been placed - sorry!

Has my order been shipped?

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a tracking email from us to let you know your order has been picked, packed and is on the way. You will also receive email updates from Shippit letting you know the status of your delivery. If you haven’t received these make sure you check your junk mailbox or Contact Us

The dispatch email contains the tracking link for your order, so remember to keep hold of it until you have received your order. Alternatively you can use the JOB ID number on the Australia Post website (

What if I haven’t received an order confirmation?

Please check your junk/spam mailbox and also check the funds have been taken from the payment method you selected. If you still have not received any information regarding your order please Contact Us

How long will it take for me to receive my order?
Our customers love our super fast delivery - we now offer same day shipping! Click here for more info
  • Orders placed before 9am AEST Monday will be shipped on Monday
  • Orders placed Tuesday - Friday before 12pm AEST will be shipped the same day
  • Orders placed outside of these hours, or Saturday - Sunday will be shipped the next business day

Remember – all our parcels need to be signed for, otherwise they will be taken to the closest post office for collection. If it is inconvenient to sign for your parcel we recommend using a Parcel Locker.

Do I need to be home to sign for my order?

If no one is available to sign for your parcel, Australia post will leave a card with details to pick up from a nominated post office. You will be required to provide photo ID. Can I have my order sent to my work?

Of course! Please make sure that you include all the business details in your shipping address including the company name, level, unit number etc. so the post service will have the best chance of being able to deliver your parcel quickly!

I have accidentally put the wrong details on my order, am I able to change it?

Due to our fast processing times we are unable to change details of your order (size, item etc.). If you have provided an incorrect shipping address please contact us via phone on (02) 8068 2366 as soon as possible and we will do our best to assist you. If an incorrect address was provided, St Frock cannot be held liable for delays or lost items.

Help! My order has been returned to sender

Occasionally orders are sent back to us, this is usually due to an incomplete address or because a parcel has not been collected from the post office. If your order is returned to us we will contact you to organise reshipment (customers will be liable for reshipment costs)

Do you ship internationally?

We sure do! We charge a flat rate AUD $15 for international shipping if the order is under AUD $150. FREE SHIPPING is available for orders over AUD $150. Free shipping is automatically applied at check out.

I have received a faulty/wrong item in my order/ there is an item missing from my order

We are SO SORRY about this. We do our best to make sure all garments and orders are checked thoroughly before dispatch, but there are rare occurrences of human error (nobody is perfect, but we are pretty dang close). Please Contact Us right away with your order details and we can fix this up for you!

Do I need an account to place an order?

We highly recommend creating a St Frock account to keep track of your orders and returns. You can easily track, return and manage your orders and store credits. Its super fast and easy – Create your St Frock Account here!

How do I reset my password/ Change my address in my account/other account details?

You can find the links to edit all your details on the dashboard of your St Frock account. If you have forgotten your password and can't log in just click the “Forgotten Password” link on the log in page to be sent instructions on how to update it.

How can I find my previous orders?

All your recent orders will be displayed when you log into your account on the account dashboard. If you have checked out as a guest all order confirmations will have been emailed to you.

How do I unsubscribe?

If you would like to unsubscribe from our newsletter you just need to click the unsubscribe link at he bottom of any of the emails. (But then you’ll miss out on being the first to know about our great sales and offers)

What is your Returns Policy?
Australian Returns
  • - All items can be returned within 14 days of receipt for store credit
  • - Full priced items returned will be processed with FREE shipping for your next order
  • - Sale items can be returned, however they will not be eligible for FREE express shipping
  • - The customer covers the cost of returning items to St Frock
  • - Items must be returned in their original condition, i.e unworn, unwashed and with all tags/buttons attached
  • - Any items received by St Frock that are not in keeping with the above will be returned to you
  • - For hygiene reasons we are unable to accept returns for exchange on earrings, underwear, swimwear or hats
  • - In line with Australian Consumer Law, we will refund, replace or repair faulty items
  • - If you have received a faulty or incorrect item please email with your order details and a photo of the fault/photo of the tag of the incorrect item and we will sort this out for you ASAP!


International Returns

How do I return my item/s?

Have you received my return?
  • You can track your return via your chosen delivery service and see when it reaches our warehouse. Time frame depends on your chosen postage method.
  • Once we receive your return it takes up to 5 business days to process and credit your St Frock account.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your credit is applied.

Please contact us if you have not recieved your confirmation credit email within this timeframe. 

Do I need to pay for my return?

When returning items back to us you will need to cover the cost of postage.

What if I just want to exchange an item?

While we don't offer a direct exchange, we understand that sometimes you don't have time to wait.

Place a new order now and then return your first item/s for a refund.

Any difference in price between your first and new order will be issued as a store credit, just make sure you include both order numbers on your returns form

What happens if I return an item I purchased using Afterpay?

If you return an item purchased through Afterpay, the normal process occurs. Your St Frock account will be credited and your Afterpay payments will continue until complete.

Can I take my return back to your Pyrmont boutique?

Generally we do not accept returns to our boutique. Please also keep in mind that they do not stock the entire online range.

There’s an item I really want but its out of stock, is there anything I can do?

Just hit the “Request Restock” button on the product page and enter your details. This means if we are able to restock that style/size you will be sent an email as soon as it’s available again. Unfortunately requesting the restock doesn’t guarantee that we will be able to restock, but we will do our best!

The product I want to buy says it’s a “Pre Order”, what does this mean?

We know how annoying it can be to miss out on an item you really want, so we offer certain items as PRE ORDER stock for you. This means you can process an order in the same way you normally would to secure your size, and as soon as the stock arrives we will ship it out for you! All pre order information including time frames can be found in the product descriptions on each individual style. Please note: All pre orders are shipped via standard post and cannot be refunded or exchanged before delivery.

Where can I get the sizing/measurements for your products?

Not having standardized sizing for women’s clothing can be a real pain! We offer a size conversion chart for you, which is found in the product description of item, but if you are needing measurements for specific items, or if you have any queries about material/fit etc. please do not hesitate to contact us and we will do our best to make sure you end up with something you love!

Do you have a physical store I can come in to?

We sure do! It’s located in Pyrmont, Sydney. You can find all the boutique details here – Please be aware they do not carry the full range, we do recommend you call ahead if you’re after something specific.

What payment methods do you accept?

I returned an item and received my store credit, how do I use it?

Easy peasy! Just make sure you are logged into your account and shop your little heart out and it will be there as a payment option at the check out for you.

If you don’t have an account, don’t worry! One will be created for you when your return is processed and we’ll send you the login details.

How do I use a discount/promo code?

Just enter the code in the promo code field at check out and click apply. If you are having trouble please make sure you check the spelling, make sure you’re using capitals if needed and there are no extra spaces included. If you are still having issues please contact us

Gift vouchers

If you want to purchase a gift voucher, just search Gift Voucher on the site and process the order as usual. The voucher will be emailed automatically to the email you enter in the recipient field. So if you don’t want them to receive it straight away just send it to yourself!

To use a gift voucher code, just add all your items to your tote and enter the code in the Gift Voucher field in your tote and click apply. Simple!

My order status is showing as suspected fraud?

Don’t worry! Your order has been flagged by our security gateway but it will be sorted and shipped for you as normal. If there are any issues we will be in contact with you.
