Shipping & Delivery
Has my order been shipped?

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched. If you have not received a confirmation email please Contact Us and our customer service team will be able to assist.


 

How long will my order take to arrive?

If you live in a rural area your parcel may take up to 14 business days to arrive.


 

Do you deliver to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers?

We sure do! 

Do you deliver to work addresses?

We sure do! Please make sure you include your company name on your shipping details, as this will assist the post service to correctly deliver your parcel. If your business address is a little tricky, we do suggest sending it to a residential address.  

Do I need to be home for delivery?

STANDARD shipping - If you are not home your parcel will either be left in a safe location OR will be carded to the nearest post office

EXPRESS shipping (with signature) - A signature is required for delivery if 'Express Shipping with signature' is selected. If you are not home you will receive a card which will instruct you to collect from the nearest carrier pick up point either depot or selected newsagent.

I have not received my order?

If you have not received your order within 3-5 business days of receiving your dispatch confirmation email please email customerservice@stfrock.com.au and our customer service team will be able to assist. 

An order with an incorrect address may take up to 2 weeks to be received back to our warehouse, processed again and redelivered to you.

If an incorrect address is supplied by the customer St. Frock can not be held liable for parcels that are lost in transit.

 

I have received an incorrect item in my order

We are so sorry to have sent you an incorrect item! Please Contact Us with your order ID along with a photo or description of the incorrectly sent item and our customer service team will assist you ASAP.

I have received a faulty item in my order

We do our best to thoroughly inspect all garments prior to shipping and in some cases a style may have been pulled from our Pyrmont Boutique. In the rare event that a product is faulty please Contact Us and include your order details and a photo of the fault and our customer service team will assist you ASAP.

Do you ship internationally?

At this stage we are shipping to NEW ZEALAND. We charge a flat rate $15 for international shipping if the order is under $150. FREE SHIPPING is available for orders over $150. Can I change any details on my order?

Once you have placed your order we are unable to make any alterations, as we will already be processing it. This includes item, item size, your address and contact details.

I’ve ordered a pre order item and it has not arrived

Pre Order delivery dates are approximate dates only. We aim to provide an accurate date though delays in manufacturing or delivery to us are out of our control. Pre Orders are final and not refundable due to late delivery or change of mind. Once your order has been sent you will receive a dispatch confirmation email. How do I return an item I purchased online?

If you are not 100% happy with any full priced St. Frock item, you may return it within 14 days of receiving it and be issued a store credit with FREE express shipping!

Can I return an item ordered online to the St Frock Boutique?

We are unable to process any online returns at our Pyrmont Boutique. All online returns must be processed through head office.

Have you received my return?

We will process your return within 5 business days of your item(s) being delivered to us. Once your return has been processed you will receive an email confirming your return has been processed and your store credit has been applied to your account. Credit notes are valid for one year from being processed. 

 

What is your exchange process?

To exchange an item please follow the returns process. Once your item has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email that credit has been applied to your St. Frock account. Please use your credit to purchase your new items, this will appear as a payment option at checkout. You also receive free shipping with your exchange.  

Will I need to cover postage to return an item?

When returning an item, you will need to cover the cost of postage back to us. Once your return has been processed you will receive an email confirming credit has been added to your St Frock account. We will cover express shipping on your next order. 

 

Can I return a sale item?

Sale items are priced to clear so please choose carefully as we do not accept returns for exchange on sale items. This also includes Combo Items. Under Australian Consumer Law, we are not required to provide a refund or replacement on final sale items if you change your mind. This includes a change of mind in regards to colour, size and fit.

I am an international customer, can I return items?

Please note there are NO returns for exchange for any international orders.

Do I need an account to shop with you?

We recommend creating an account when shopping with us. To exchange an item you will need to have a St Frock account to receive your store credit. Also you’ll receive exclusive offers, discounts and early access to sales! If you are using a promo code you must be logged in.

When will an item be restocked?

We do our absolute best to restock items as quickly as possible. If there is a particular item you would like to be notified about please click ‘request restock’ on the product page and fill in your details. You will be sent an email once the product becomes available. 

 

Can you give me any more information on a product?

Of course! You can either call our office on 02 8068 2366 or Contact Us online and our customer service team will be able to assist with any questions. You can also ask a question about a product directly from the product page. In the product description click ‘ask a question about this item’ and our customer service team will do their best to assist.

Can I buy a gift voucher?

Of course! Click here to purchase a gift voucher. This will be sent to their or your email address, you choose! It’s the perfect gift! Gift vouchers are valid for a year from date of purchase 

Gift vouchers can be used on on the stfrock.com website.

Returns Policy
What is St. Frocks’s return policy?

If you are not 100% happy with any full priced St. Frock item, you may return it within 14 days of receiving it and be issued a store credit with FREE express shipping. We do not offer refunds for change of mind, this includes a change of mind regards to colour, size and fit, we offer a store credit, which can be used at www.stfrock.com.au

 

All items must be in their original, unworn, unwashed condition. All tags and incidentals (ie spare buttons) must be attached. Please take care when trying on the item, as we are not able to accept returns with makeup stains or that smell of perfume. If we deem the item not to be in perfect condition the item will simply be returned to the customer. No return for exchange on earrings.

 

When returning an item please keep the tracking number handy in the rare case the parcel goes missing. St Frock CANNOT be held liable for parcels that go missing on the way back to us.

 


SALE ITEMS

Sale items are priced to clear so please choose carefully as we do not accept return for exchange on sale items. This includes a change of mind regards to colour, size and fit. SECOND RETURNS

You may return an item for a second item within 14 days of receiving your first free exchange, though you must cover the full postage cost of $10 for your next order. $10 will be deducted from your credit amount as you will receive free shipping on your exchange. 



PROMOTIONAL CODES

All items purchased using a promotional discount code may be returned for a credit of the amount paid.

We do our best to thoroughly inspect all garments prior to shipping and in some cases a style may have been pulled from our Pyrmont Boutique.
